Every year the IPPAwards celebrate the best photos clicked with the iPhone and this year too there are photographers and photos that are winning some awards.Apparently thousands of people sent photos clicked with the iPhone for the IPPAwards 2018 and of them 10 were selected winners. “The Grand Prize Winner Photographer of the Year Award goes to Jashim Salam of Bangladesh for his entry Displaced. First, Second and Third Place Photographers of the Year Awards go to Alexandre Weber of Switzerland for his image Baiana in Yellow and Blue, Huapeng Zhao of China for his entry of Eye to Eye and Zarni Myo Win of Myanmar for his image I Want to Play,” highlighted a note issued IPPAwards.”iPhone users have become very fluent in visual storytelling. This year’s photos were technically impressive and many of them were very personal,” said Kenan Aktulun, who founded the IPPAwards.The grand prize winner the receives an iPad Pro whereas the “First, Second and Third Place Photographer of the Year Award winners will each receive an Apple Watch Sport”.As for the photos, here are the some of the winning photographs. Displaced: Clicked by Jashim Salam in Bagladesh using an iPhone 7, this photo shows Rohingya children watching an awareness film about health and sanitation near Tangkhali refugee camp in Ukhiya. Baiana in yellow and blue: The picture was taken by Alexandre Weber using iPhone 6S, in Salvador de Bahia, Brazil, spontaneously, after a truck drove by. The woman with traditional clothes of a baiana, was looking after the truck, during her work break. Eye to eye: Photographer Huapeng Zhao, who used the iPhone 6 to click this, says, “I met this boy while walking at the seaside. When I was trying to take a picture of him, he put the fish he caught in front of his eye.” I want to play: This photo was clicked by Zarni Myo Win in Myanmar using an iPhone 7 Plus. A young boy who lost his leg was watching his friends play soccer, and he said he wanted to play soccer if he could, says the photgrapher. The Union of Colors clicked by Edwin Loyola using the iPhone X. “Taken in one of Philippines biggest malls. I was strolling around the mall, and was amazed with the colors and patterns, says photographer. Smiling Fox was clicked by Erica Wu in Japan using the iPhone X. Says the photographer, “This fox was sleeping inside the box and poked his head out to enjoy the sunshine during the snowing season.” Titled Air, this photo was snapped by Dina Alfasi in Israel using iPhone X.
