The home at 27 Mulberry Place, in the prestigious 888 estate, sold for $1.135 million. Estelle Lin, of Place Sunnybank, said the home attracted good interest in the lead-up to the auction. “We had over 70 groups of people come through the property, and five registered bidders at the auction,” she said. “It was a very well designed home with a master bedroom overlooking the pool. The 888 area was also very attractive to buyers,” she said.
